The artistic genius of Walt Disney and Looney Tunes' Tex Avery had me hooked at age six. By twelve it was Mad magazine’s masters of humorous illustration Mort Drucker and Jack Davis. After that there was no turning back. With a career of more than thirty years working in multiple mediums, most of the work now is digital - vector, bitmap and 3D. I love what I do conceptually and it makes each new project an opportunity to "one up" the project before. I've authored two video training series on 3D modeling, rendering and animating - Carrara 5 Essentials with Lynda.com and Hexagon 2 Basics with VTC (Virtual Training Company). I contributed several chapters in the Carrara Studio 3 Handbook and the Carrara 5 Pro Handbook and a few 3D tutorials for 3D World magazine. My studio on the west side of St. Louis, Missouri. If you have a project you'd like to discuss, email me: jacktwhitney@gmail.com or call: 314-651-2579.
